So on Sunday I struck the Imhotep Project, and Monday I took a flight over to Manchester to help out with Pangaea, an annual music festival showcasing electronic music. Around this time last year I got an email from Elliot Woods, asking me if it'd be cool if they used the Wiremap concept and designed a larger version of it.
For this year's event, Elliot caught a glance at Vapor Phantoms, an idea I proposed to Harvestworks for a residency. They had been working on this idea out here in Manchester for a while and thought I might be of help.
Right now, Elliot's set me up with an ethernet that plugs into a dmx box that controls an Mac 250 Entour. Fun stuff. Now I just gotta make it work. I'll post video as soon as I get some.
